So Grateful

Here are the pics of me on my first day of school.  Staying true to childhood tradition, my fingers indicate which year I'm in.  I'm a freshman!  First day, first year... SO exciting!  The first pic is of me in front of my home and the 2nd one is of me in front of IHOPU, obviously :)

Here is a little glimpse into what my Monday schedule looks like:
I begin my day at 4:30AM, pick up one of my friends and head to the prayer room for the 6AM intercession set.  I get to start every week day in the 6AM intercession set.  It's an awesome way to bring in the day!  I'm in the prayer room till 12pm and then head home for lunch.  My Forerunner Curriculum class begin's at 2:40 (we have a quiz every Monday) and ends at 5pm.  Then I usually head home for dinner, do homework or finish some readings and try and get to bed at a decent time.  I'm not quite in the rhythm of my early bed time yet but I'm working on it :)

Most of my week days look the same... some days I have less time in the prayer room and other days I have a few more classes. The schedule isn't too crazy but I still need to be diligent in how I plan my days and spend my time.  I really want to get all that I can out of this season!

My mind is getting blown by the mercy and kindness of God as I sit in the prayer room and learn in classes.  We're currently learning about God's original intention for creation and humanity and, though I have known these simple truths, it feels like I'm learning it for the first time!  I feel like my view of God and His Word is already shifting and changing, though I still don't quite have the words to describe all that He's doing.  He is SO good.  I am SO thankful.

Be blessed.
