This week has been a week of homesickness!
I miss my family.
I miss my friends.
I miss my co-workers.
I miss the people I love.
I miss SNOW. Seriously! I've woken up a couple of times in the last week wishing for snow and/or thinking there would be snow on the ground. I've seriously got my seasons mixed up! I know that I must be missing home if I'm missing snow.
This week has been the roughest week yet. It's been really busy at the base and I've had very little quality time with the Lord. However, through it all, the Lord has been teaching me a lot and I'm learning how to pray as I work, pray as I eat, pray as I lie in bed and ask for more of the Holy Spirit. Praying has become my favorite thing. I rely on my conversations with the Lord more than anything! If I don't have prayer I have nothing. My conversations with God are my lifeline!
Well, I'm off to outreach prep but I wanted to say HELLO and I MISS YOU!
I'm thinking about ya'll and praying for you :)
