Today was my last day of the intimacy to impact Discipleship Training School. We had our graduation ceremony this evening and it was so fun! We all got awards, diploma's, chocolate, told each other how much we love each other, took pictures and ate cheese cake. It was fantastic! I got the award for the "most awkward comments".
I can't begin to describe how thankful I am for the past 5 months! Coming to this iDTS was one of the best decisions of my life - hands down! I am so much more in love with Jesus than I was before I came to this DTS. I have made some incredible friends on this DTS and I'm excited to see what the Lord is going to do in and through everyone!
It's now 12:40 a.m. and a bunch of us our up playing a game in the dining hall at Great Barrier Island. We leave on our plane back to Auckland by 7:15 tomorrow morning and then drive down to Tauranga. Tomorrow I move into the house that I'm renting! It's crazy how in just a few hours life will drastically change! DTS has been my life for the last 5 months and within just a few hours I will have my own house that I'm renting with a friend that I met here in Tauranga.
I honestly can't say enough about this past season of my life! God is so good! He knows exactly how to lead me and He knows exactly what I need! I learned so much over the past number of months! I can't even begin to describe it on a blog... but one day when it's not almost one in the morning I will try :)
For now I will say that life is good, God is amazing and I'm excited and a little nervous about this next season of my life. I am going to miss my YWAM family SO MUCH! These people are amazing! Thankfully there are a handful of us still staying in Tauranga. YAY!
